We
often include a business reply card in issues of Real Answers.
One thing we always ask is what topics you'd like to hear about.
We've noticed that often, the questions you ask are ones we've already
answered in a previous issue. Of course, that happens for several
reasons:
First, not everyone has been getting Real Answers from the
very beginning. And even those who have probably aren't diligently
filing away their back issues.
There's also turnover. People move up. People move on. And new people
take their places. The question might seem "same old" to
us, but may be very new - to a new player on your team.
Finally, some questions haven't always been questions for you. As
your needs and your circumstances change, what wasn't a question before
may become one now.
And, while we post all our back issues of Real Answers on our
web site, www.trucktires.com,
we recognize that not everyone has Internet access, and that reading
something from a web page isn't always the most convenient way to
do it.
So, last year, we put our series of articles on irregular wear into
a single edition, and this time, we're repeating our "Ask the
Doctor" articles.
For about five years, "Ask the Doctor" has tackled the most
frequently asked questions we get about tires and tire care. So, it
makes good sense to collect them all into one place.
And, we're trying something new with the table of contents: Instead
of just listing each article in order, we've tried to put them in
alphabetical order by topic - to make it easier for you to find what
you need.
We hope you find this special edition of Real Answers interesting
and useful. And we hope you won't mind our repeating ourselves.
